Epydra, dizi ve film takibi için sosyal bir uygulamadır. Bu politika hangi verileri topladığımızı, neden kullandığımızı ve haklarını açıklar. 6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki hakların da buna dahildir.
Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, isteğe bağlı ad soyad ve sağlayıcımızın şifrelenmiş olarak sakladığı şifre.
- Profil: profil ve kapak fotoğrafı, profil teması, gizli profil tercihi ve sevdiğin türler.
- İzleme: kütüphanendeki diziler, izlediğin bölümler, filmler, puanlar, listeler ve rozetler.
- Sosyal içerik: yorumlar, beğeniler, arkadaşlıklar, doğrudan ve grup mesajları, Watch Party sohbetleri ve tepkileri, gönderdiğin fotoğraf ve GIF’ler.
- Güvenlik ve destek: engellediğin kullanıcılar, şikâyetlerin ve şikâyet edilen içeriğin kopyası; bize yazdığın mesajlar ve bunlarla gönderilen uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve dil.
- Bildirimler ve kullanım: cihazının push token’ı, bildirim tercihlerin, kullandığın ekranlar ve özellikler (mesaj, yorum veya arama içeriği değil), uygulama sürümü ve platform.
- Hata raporları: teknik çökme bilgisi ve kullanıcı kimliğin; e-posta adresin veya adın eklenmez.
- İçe aktarma: dosyalar cihazında okunur; yalnızca eşleşen dizi, film ve bölüm bilgileri kaydedilir. Dosyanın kendisi yüklenmez.
Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz?
Verilerini uygulamanın çalışması, izleme takibi, ilerleme, takvim, istatistikler ve öneriler; arkadaş etkinlikleri, profiller ve sohbetler; bildirimler; güvenlik ve şikâyet incelemeleri; destek ve hata düzeltmeleri için kullanırız. Verilerini satmayız ve reklam profili oluşturmayız.
Kimler neyi görebilir?
Kullanıcı adın, profil fotoğrafın, rozetlerin ve profilin gizli değilse kütüphanen ile izlediğin filmler diğer kullanıcılara görünür. Yorumlar herkese açıktır. Doğrudan mesajları yalnızca konuşmanın tarafları, grup mesajlarını yalnızca grup üyeleri görür. Gizli profil açıkken kütüphanen ve istatistiklerin yalnızca arkadaşlarına görünür.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Supabase hesap, veritabanı ve dosya depolama; Expo bildirimler; Resend destek ve şikâyet e-postaları; TVMaze ve TMDB dizi/film verileri; JustWatch yayın bilgileri; Klipy GIF araması; Sentry hata raporları; LiveKit Watch Party sesli sohbeti için kullanılır. TVMaze ve TMDB’ye kişisel verin gönderilmez. LiveKit sesini kaydetmez; ses yalnızca canlı aktarılır.
Saklama ve hakların
Verilerin hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabını sildiğinde izleme verilerin, profilin, mesajların ve yorumların kalıcı olarak silinir. Güvenlik amacıyla şikâyet kayıtları makul bir süre tutulabilir. Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve bir kopyasını isteme hakların vardır. Hesabını Ayarlar → Hesabı sil bölümünden silebilirsin. Diğer talepler için privacy@epydrapp.com adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
Çocuklar, değişiklikler ve iletişim
Epydra 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek bu yaştaki kişilerden veri toplamayız. Politikayı güncellediğimizde tarihi değiştirir ve önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz. Gizlilik soruları için privacy@epydrapp.com adresine yazabilirsin.
Epydra is a social app for tracking shows and movies. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and your rights, including rights under GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK.
What we collect
- Account: email, username, optional full name, and password stored hashed by our provider.
- Profile: profile and cover photo, theme, private-profile setting, and favorite genres.
- Watch data: shows in your library, watched episodes, movies, ratings, lists, and badges.
- Social content: comments, likes, friendships, direct and group messages, Watch Party chats and reactions, and photos or GIFs you send.
- Safety and support: blocked users, reports and a copy of reported content; your support messages and the app version, device model, OS, and language attached to them.
- Notifications and usage: your push token and notification preferences, screens and features used (never message, comment, or search content), app version, and platform.
- Error reports: technical crash details and your user ID, without your email or name.
- Imports: files are read on your device; only matched shows, movies, and episodes are saved. The file itself is never uploaded.
How we use it
We use your data to run the app and provide tracking, progress, calendars, stats, and recommendations; show friends’ activity, profiles, and chats; deliver notifications; keep the community safe and review reports; answer support requests; and fix bugs. We don’t sell your data or build advertising profiles.
Who can see what
Your username, profile photo, badges and, unless your profile is private, your library and watched movies are visible to other users. Comments are public. Direct messages are visible only to conversation participants; group messages only to group members. With a private profile, your library and stats are visible only to friends.
Service providers
We use Supabase for accounts, database, and file storage; Expo for notifications; Resend for support and report emails; TVMaze and TMDB for show and movie data; JustWatch for streaming availability; Klipy for GIF search; Sentry for error reports; and LiveKit for Watch Party voice chat. No personal data is sent to TVMaze or TMDB. LiveKit audio is streamed live and never recorded.
Retention and your rights
Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account permanently removes your watch data, profile, messages, and comments. Report records may be kept for a reasonable time for safety. You can access, correct, delete, object to processing of, and request a copy of your data. Delete your account in Settings → Delete account. For anything else, email privacy@epydrapp.com; we reply within 30 days.
Children, changes, and contact
Epydra is not designed for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. When we update this policy, we change the date and announce important changes in the app. For privacy questions, email privacy@epydrapp.com.
